South Texas Duval La Rosita: I took this porky down on Opening Day. The vegetation was extremely green - lots of rain - seen a few Does. As the cooler weather approaches, I will be looking forward to harvesting myself some Whitetail. Extremely loaded with Bob-White Quail.
I consider it a blessing from GOD!!

This is Down Time..! I love to paint on canvas and sketch. I have to admit that I am no Picasso; but, I wish that I could be. Sometimes, I actually amaze myself with a glass of Cabernet and a paint brush.

The Woods: An awesome hunting experience with my buddy, David Choate. He put us on to some Wood Ducks; "and yes," we got burned a few times. Like I mentioned, this was different hunting.
I had a great time setting out decoys and riding the mud boat.
